Employee Management System is a full-stack web application with a clean and professional user interface designed to manage employee records efficiently using modern web technologies and database integration.
View Project âThis project focuses on developing a Python-based system for detecting Diabetic Retinopathy (DR) using deep learning. DR is a diabetes-related eye disease that can lead to blindness if not diagnosed early. The proposed model uses Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) trained on retinal fundus images to classify the severity of DR into five stages.

Traditional image-processing approaches struggle with variations in lighting, background noise, and hand orientation, making them unsuitable for robust gesture classification.
